If an item has sold out you will be given a choice of store credit, option to wait for the item to re-stock, (unless the item is discontinued) or a full refund. If no reply has been received with-in 48 hours of e-mail informing you of sold-out status a full refund will be issued.

Item processing is 1 to 5 business days. Business days consist of Monday through Friday. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Return policy
If incorrect item received:
At times mistakes may be made. If you receive an incorrect item please contact SouthRen Beauty with-in 5 business days or delivery (Business days are Monday through Friday).
A return label will be sent to your e-mail on file. If you do not receive the return label please check your spam folder or notify SouthRen Beauty you have not received a return label. Buyer will receive a full refund or replacement. (Buyers Choice)
If you do not contact SouthRen Beauty with-in 5 business days of delivery you are acknowledging that the correct item has been received and the returns process must be followed.
Damaged Items:
If an item has been damaged in transit please send photos of the product, the packaging, and the label with a description of the damage. A return label will be sent to the e-mail on file and a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (Buyers choice) will be processed.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be made with-in 14 days of delivery. Due to health regulations items must be un-opened and in their original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Once item is received it will be inspected. After acceptance of the returned item the new item will be posted to Buyer. SouthRen Beauty will pay postage for the exchanged item to be posted to the buyer.
Returns:
Returns must be made with-in 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Due to health regulations returns must be un-opened in their original packaging. Once the return is received it will be inspected for damage and/or tampering. Once accepted a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
