SouthRen Beauty is not accepting returns at this time unless the item is damaged or is an incorrect item.

If you receive an incorrect order you must notify us with-in 5 Business days. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the package and the correct item will be sent.

If your item is damaged or an item is missing from your package you must let us know with-in 5 business days. A replacement will be sent to replace the damaged item or missing item.
