What is your return policy?
We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if the product is damaged or defective.

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:
- Store credit or gift card
- A replacement product
When will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Instructions
SouthRen Beauty is not accepting returns at this time unless the item is damaged or is an incorrect item.
If you receive an incorrect order you must notify us with-in 5 Business days.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Order processing: is 1 to 5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
SOLD OUT POLICY:
If an item has sold out a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.
INCORRECT ITEM POLICY:
If you receive an incorrect item you must contact SouthRen Beauty at admin@SouthRenBeauty.com with-in 5 business days of the delivery and provide a photo of the item you received.
A refund or replacement will be issued once the return is received, inspected and approved.
If you do not contact SouthRenBeauty with-in 5 business days of delivery you are accepting that you have received the correct item and the item is free of damage and/or defects.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY:
If an item has been damaged in transit you must send photos of the product, the packaging with the damage visible, and the package showing the shipping label accompanied by a description of the damage to admin@SouthRenBeauty.com You must keep the package as you received it. USPS will require the item be turned into them by the buyer or they will request to physically see the damaged package. You will not receive the replacement for damaged items until you have completed the USPS guidelines.
LOST PACKAGE POLICY:
Lost packages are replaced as long as the service provider (USPS, USP, Fedex, Ect) does not show the package has been delivered. Once a package is scanned as delivered by the service provider any loss must be reported to the service provider.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you place an order an then request the order be cancelled there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
